HELP!!!! I am gaining weight so fast. I am so lost, depressed, frustrated, and sad. I know I need to count calories I know I need to exercise. I know the rules. I just can’t get myself to do it. I have lost my motivation. I was a my lowest weight since I started 2 years ago back in march 220 lbs. I started to have people notice my loss and i was not ready for the attention. I have never been skinny or pretty or athletic. What makes me think i can be that now?

I would really like to have my weight back down to 217 by the time I go. That’s the lowest I’ve been since I started losing weight. While I “gained” some back, I know it’s mostly water weight. If I eat extremely clean and drink tons of water I should be able to get rid of it pretty quickly. Last time I went I weighed 250. It would be nice to get weighed and have them comment on it O.o
She nags about me losing weight anyways ._.

Right now i am drinking about one 32 oz bottle a day when not at work. When i am at work i drink one there and one at home. I really don’t drink soda. Juice or tea once in a while.
